I loved this and so did my family! Even my picky 10 yr old asked for 3rds! Very simple a great dish for those quick weeknight dinners. The only thing I changed was I left out the canned mushrooms. I will make this again and again.

great ...easy.. added a bit of minced garlic and onion and a beef cube.. a bit heartier... great recipe will use again!!

This was good. But, next time I'll cut the cream cheese in half and add garlic and onions to the meat.

i liked it, but the family thought it was a little bland- they added lots of pepper.. i think i might have added too much sour cream and/or cream cheese.. it was good, and will try it again.

Pretty good version but needs just a bit more in the flavor department. I added garlic powder and pepper. I also used rice because my family prefers it. Next time I might cut back on the cream cheese but other than that we liked it. I will make it again.

Very tasty the first day and the second!! My husband liked it as well. It turned out a little dry though, I tend to like my stroganoff a little creamier. Next time I'll add a bit more soup and sour cream to see if it creates more sauce.

Yeah, this is good, and quick! I liked it a lot, but found it to be pretty heavy in consistency. However, for how fast it goes together, and the flavor that it has, this is excellent!!!

I will make this again. It was fairly easy....although you may as well just buy the hamburger helper....according to him there is no difference. I don't like making hamburger helper...hence me trying this again. It was bland. But then again stroganoff is bland.

I omitted the cream cheese, not only because it wasn't needed but because I didn't have it. I also made my own homemade brown gravy mix. VERY good. There were no leftovers. We ate it all. EDITED NEXT DAY: My family loved it so much that I'm making it again tonight!

BY FAR the best Stroganoff I have EVER tasted. It was a huge hit at my house. It was nothing short of perfect, and I will be cooking it again very soon! Thank you!

Quick, weeknight meal. I used 1.5 lbs of beef and a used a full 1.2 oz Knorr brown gravy packet, but reduced cream cheese to 6 oz and sour cream to 4 oz per others suggestions. I flavored the meat with garlic powder and a pinch of salt. The meat mixture was really good prior to mixing with the mushroom soup. Then I think it lost some of its flavor and became more processed tasting. This is a decent quick dinner but I might need to tweak the soup mixture portion next time. BTW, the color of this meal was a light gray when prepared (yuck). I suppose if I added all the cream cheese and sour cream it may have looked more creamy in color.
