If there was a 10 star rating, I would gladly give it! My ribs never turn out and these fell right off the bone-only a fork required. My husband said he would pay for ribs like this. I've shared this recipe with everyone. It will be included in my personal cookbook. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! YUM! YUM!

This turned out fantastic!!!!! I tweeked it up a bit though. To the water I added fresh garlic cloves, one onion quartered, cracked black pepper and Memphis Rub seasoning. These were so tender I had to be careful taking them out of the pot!!!

These were some of the BEST ribs we have ever had, and they were so easy!! I did do a few things differently: I marinated the chops with pressed garlic and worcestire for most of the day and then used fresh garlic in beef broth with 1/2 cup soy sauce added for boiling the meat. It's an awesome recipe and can't wait to make it again!! Thanks!

OMGosh... Yum. We just had an ugly cold spell and outdoor cooking wasn't going to happen!! This recipe was awesome. I did use beef broth to simmer the ribs in and that was the only change. Enjoy.....

Tastey, but mine were a little dry which I know I can fix next time by turning them over halfway through the baking process. Changed a couple things. Doubled the amount of ribs (stuck with country style bone in.) Added 3 whole cloves and the juice of half a lemon to the boiling water and substituted 1/8 cup soy sauce for the salt. Brought to boil then simmered approx 45 minutes. Had to improvise on the bbq sauce-only had half bottle of sweet baby ray's honey chipotle, to which I added a jar of plum sauce, squeeze of ketchup, squeeze of brown mustard and couple dashes worcestershire. Baked 1 hr 45 min..will definitely turn over next time. Kids loved it went went for seconds. Served with near east rice pilaf and tossed salad.

Very good. I also added about 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup soy sauce to the water to boil the pork. It turned out great! Thanks for posting the recipe. I used Cattlemen's Honey BBQ sauce and it was tasty! Will make again.

I bought Baby Back Ribs, which are already really tender so I didnt boil them, I just cooked them like twice as long as it recommended. They turned out great though! We had friends over for dinner, and they were impressed.

Of course nothing can take the place of slow roasted ribs on the grill but that's not always practical or convenient. This is a nice substitute. When you really crave ribs and want to make it simple and easy, this is the way to go.

These are a huge hit in our house and a favorite when throwing together a casual dinner party; however, be leery of the "easy clean-up" as I seem to get sauce everywhere no matter how tightly I wrap the foil. In the end, it's well worth it. Enjoy.

Very good. Needed to be cooked longer than stated, but may be due to my particular meat. Husband enjoyed them very much. Wanted to get rid of bottom of ketchup bottle, so I dumped that on with the BBQ sauce and added some onion slices out of personal preference.
