This was a quick, simple and delicious recipe. I used cider vinegar and doubled the sauce stuff. We ate it over rice. It will be made often! Thank you!

What a wonderful quick dinner with a gourmet taste! Unfortunately, I only had cooked shrimp in the freezer so modified the recipe slightly to try to avoid that "rubbery" texture. I sauteed green onions with finely diced orange pepper and then added chopped, peeled Roma tomato. Let that simmer with the wine/mustard for a few minutes and then just added the shrimp at the last minute to heat through. Excellent flavor although I do agree that it needs more sauce to be served over pasta or rice. I am anxious to try this recipe again with raw shrimp.

I used a little balsamic vinegar because I didn't have any wine or apple juice. It was very tasty.

My husband said the same thing as one of the other reviewers: "Would be fice stars with some rice!" but his doc mandated low carb diet doesn't allow for it :-)

This recipe is great for three reasons: it's fast, the ingredients are easy to find in your pantry and it's DELICIOUS!!! It's creamy without the cream and the taste of mustard isnt so overwhelming it's too much. And my boyfriend is happy because it doesnt mean a lot of dishes to wash! (and because it's awesome)

I also made more sauce than called for, and added 1 tbsp. of honey to reduce the acidity of the mustard and the tomato.Served it over Zatarain's Caribbean Rice..Very,Very Good!!

Very goood sauce (I made a bit more than the recipe calls for and I was glad I did b/c I had the shrimp over whole wheat pasta). Used fresh basil and it gave it great flavor and color.

Delightful sauce! I was a little worried about the mustard taste but it was wonderful. Serve with rice or pasta.
