This is an excellent dish that my mother makes. It has lots of vegetables in a thick Creole sauce. If you wish, you may also put sliced cheddar cheese on top before baking.

Shrimp and Crab Stuffed Flounder

Savory flounder filets are stuffed with a sauteed shrimp, crab, onion, and mushroom mixture, then baked in mushroom soup and topped with Cheddar cheese. A very elegant and easy dish.
