Ingredients

  • 1 pound vermicelli pasta
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  2. Toss cooled pasta with cooked shrimp, celery, parsley, garlic, thyme, mayonnaise, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Chill before serving.
