These delectable treats are a great diversion from standard appetizer fare. Chopped shrimp, seasoned with fresh ginger and oyster sauce, are spread on toast points and deep fried. Very delicious and easy to make, they may be served warm, or at room temperature.

Slices of bread are topped with shrimp and crab mixed with onion, garlic, celery, and water chestnuts, then pan fried and served with a soy sauce, garlic powder, and sesame oil sauce. Some of the filling ingredients can be optional, i.e. water chestnuts, celery, etc. Great topped with chopped roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, or parsley.

Fresh shrimp are butterflied then stuffed with cheese and roasted red pepper before wrapping in proscuitto. A panko breading finishes these off before they get fried into crunchy goodness.

Curry powder gives this creamy shrimp dip an enticingly warm flavor. The recipe uses no cream cheese -- a change from many shrimp dips! Serve with buttery, round crackers.

This dip for a crowd is made by mixing bricks of cream cheese with shrimp and cocktail sauce. Serve with crudites, crackers or as you would a clam dip with potato chips.
