Tempura Shrimp

A Japanese-style meal. Deep-fried shrimp and a tangy sauce to dip them in. Try battering some vegetables such as onions, peppers, or broccoli in addition to the shrimp. Delicious! 

Best Shrimp Toast Ever!

These delectable treats are a great diversion from standard appetizer fare. Chopped shrimp, seasoned with fresh ginger and oyster sauce, are spread on toast points and deep fried. Very delicious and easy to make, they may be served warm, or at room temperature.

Fresh shrimp are butterflied then stuffed with cheese and roasted red pepper before wrapping in proscuitto. A panko breading finishes these off before they get fried into crunchy goodness.

Coconut Shrimp I

These crispy shrimp are rolled in a coconut beer batter before frying. For dipping sauce, I use orange marmalade, mustard and horseradish mixed to taste.
