This was easy and wonderful! I used the full amount of butter and served it like a sauce over fettuccine and it was not too much. Will definitely make again.

I made this last night and it was great. I followed the recipe as written, only added sauted onion, red peppers, yellow peppers to give some color also served over whole wheat pasta. Just had it for lunch it tasted even better today!:) Thanks for the easy great tasting recipe. I will make this when I'm requested to bring a dish.

Excellent scampi! Used already-cooked, shelled, frozen shrimp and it turned out great. Served over fettucine noodles.

This was really good and easy. I increased the garlic, and the parsley. I decreased the butter by 1/4 cup. Served over Linguine. I baked for only 10 minutes. It was plenty of time.

This was really good, the only thing I would do different is cook the garlic in the butter longer, my shrimp had a RAW garlic taste, but it still was yummy.

This is a great recipe. Made a romantic meal by, throwing it in a casserole dish on top of cooked angel hair pasta and crumbled some asiago cheese on top. Baked until the cheese melted, so delicious...sooo easy. My DH thought I'd out done myself for his birthday, if only he knew:)

This is SO, SO, SO good! I have made it many times for guests as well as my family and everyone agrees it is better than any restaurant scampi they have had. I follow the recipe exactly, but I also like to add buttered panko crumbs to the top before cooking for a little crunch. Thank you for this recipe, it is a keeper!

I am a shrimp lover - I am serious about my shrimp. I grew up vacationing in Cape Cod, where the seafood dining is awesome. I now live in Texas, far from the coast and was disppointed the last time I attempted to stuff myself with shrimp at Red Lobster. This recipe gives me my "shrimp scampi fix". Very easy recipe. I don't mind all the butter, I serve it over pasta for my family - this recipe is worth the calories!

I agree with some of the other reviews. Watch your time - my shrimp was a little tough after 10 minutes.

I've made this twice and we love it! The only change I made was to use about 1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning. Very good served over linguine.

Sorry, but my family and I did not like this one. The dijon taste was overpowering. My daughter asked if I put vinegar in the recipe (she didn't know about the mustard). Maybe start w/ 2 tsp. and taste before adding the third. I also cut the butter down to 3/4 of a cup per other reviewers. This was more than enough. I used cooked shrimp and put the mixture under the broiler until it was hot and bubbly. Would've given it three stars, but my family requested that I not make this again, so it only gets two.
