I call this my spicy shrimp salad Po Boy sandwhich...it is fantastic! I don't use that much cilantro since I am not a fan of it, but I do use about a tsp. of Old Bay seasoning. I normally use grilled shrimp too for extra flavor.

GREAT! I added fresh chopped garlic to the recipe and melted mexican cheddar to the buns just off the grill. I also cooked the shrimp extra spicy to create a bold seafood taste. Very easy and tasted even better the next day.

I really enjoyed this. Very tasty and easy to make. I added 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper.
