Dilled Shrimp Salad

The shrimp is cooked and chopped and sprit zed with fresh lemon and limejuice. Celery, green onion, mayonnaise and dill are mixed in. Chill and serve at room temperature.

Galatoire's Restaurant in New Orleans, La. in the French Quarter shared this recipe. It is the best we have ever tasted and I know you will enjoy it too. Decorate the edge of plate with hard boiled eggs sliced thin or quartered and a few green and black olives. Then stand back and let your guests give you applause for serving them such a wonderful treat.

Shrimp Salad, refreshing and light, served in a hollowed out summer tomato. Served as an appetizer, salad, or a light brunch. This was one of our favorite Sunday afternoon treats that my mother fixed for our family. 

Shrimp Dip
