This recipe is awesome. Not something I would typically prepare, but was looking for something to do with shrimp. I made it almost on key with the given recipe, except had fresh cauliflower on hand rather than brocolli and par boiled it prior to adding to the rest of ingredients, but probably not necessary. In addition, I did add the ginger as suggested by another reviewer. My "health nut" boyfriend loved it, and keeps asking me to make it again. He is in the process of opening a health conscious deli and wants it on the menu. It is always great when frozen precooked and shelled shrimp is on sale at the supermarket. Different pastas work well also, such as whole wheat or tri-color rotini. Oh, and I added rice vinegar in order to cut down on the oil. Thank you Eileen!!!

This is the best summer salad! My family enjoys asain inspired dishes. I varied a few ingrediates to give it more of a traditional asian taste. I substituted hot pepper sauce with mild chili sauce because I have small children who are not into spicy foods. I also added some minced ginger to the dressing. UMMM! Delicious!

Edible, the broccoli had no flavor and the raw mushrooms were unappealing. I will not be making this recipes again.

My husband and I both loved this recipe. The only things I changed were that I used angle hair pasta instead of linguini, I used red bell peppers instead of carrots, and omitted the broccoli because I didn't have any. It still turned out incredible.
