I doubled everything except the pepper and I think it still needed more sauce. The flavor was great, though. I added fresh broccoli during the last 4 minutes of boiling the pasta. It went really well with the lemon flavor of the sauce and added nice color to the dish.

My boyfriend never liked shrimp. He bought me some, and I made this dish for supper. He was going to pick around the shrimp, but I convinced him to try a bite. He LOVED it. He continues to tell the story and raving about this recipe. It's great! I've made it twice exactly the way it says. Both times it's been wonderful, and not very hard to do. Thanks!

Really good. Light enough for a hot summer day, yet filling. My anti-pasta-must-have-meat-husband even took seconds and thirds. I made it just as written except did double the sauce (definitely the way to go) and went a bit easy on the pepper (a generous 1t vs. the 2t that it called for) and added some heavy cream at the end to thicken it. Yummy.

This is really good! I actually changed the shrimp to chicken. For the first time in our marriage, my husband ate something I cooked and went back for seconds!!! Thank you!!

HOLY PEPPER BAT MAN! GEEZ! I would AT LEAST half the pepper. We couldn't taste the rest of the ingredients. Plus, my 5 year old wouldn't eat it (and she usually loves nearly everything I cook). Though... my 2 year old ate gleefully (without the shrimp) -- so go figure. I may make it again... but adjusting the seasoning to our tastes.

I think I need to try this recipe again. It was good, but it didn't have the lemony/citrusy flavor I was expecting. I will use more lemon and probably more basil. Maybe add some veggies. I halved the amount of pasta and shrimp, since I was only making it for two, but I kept the sauce amount the same, which I think was perfect. Also, make sure your ingredients are all chopped/measured beforehand, this recipe comes together so fast!

This recipe was delicious! I made it with penne pasta since I didn't have any linguini & it turned out really well. I'll be making this recipe again really soon.

I thought this was ok, but nothing spectacular. I grated pecorino romano over the top, which was a nice addition.

This is an awesome dish! Thanks so much "skini"!!! The only change I made was to double the sauce & it was perfection! My finicky sons couldn't get enough... went back for thirds. Great dish!

So tasty and easy to make. Looks and tastes like something you would order in a fancy restraunt. I didnt have white wine so I used Marsala instead. I think doubling the sauce would be good next time as I think there wasnt enough and maybe more shrimp. Nice light taste!

This sauce blew us away. You could actually skip the shrimp and just do veggies or chicken or whatever you want. I added asparagus (just cut up and add to the pasta water 3 to 4 minutes before pasta is done cooking) and I added candy cherry tomatoes from Whole Foods at the end and that really put it over the top. I also added just a couple of spoons of light sour cream as other reviewers suggested just to thicken it up a bit, although it does thicken nicely after sitting a few minutes. Oh and definitely double the sauce recipe. This makes 4 very large servings and is definitely restaurant quality! Super easy to make but I definitely suggest preparing as much as you can beforehand, because once you get going, it goes very fast!

Mmm, so good! I have a jar of dehydrated lemon zest that I keep handy, so I used double the amount of zest and no juice. I also doubled the liquid portions as suggested, and ended up with the perfect amount of sauce. We substituted mussels for shrimp, and it was absolutely divine!

I added red onions and brocolli to this, everything else I kept pretty much the same. It was really good - I wish I would have doubled the recpe.
