i used crab instead of shrimp and it tasted great; the only thing was mine never turned golden brown or bubbly at the end of the baking time- it was really thick which in turn was a pain when trying to scoop it onto tortilla chips but got rave reviews from my guests so i'll definitely do it again!

I made this in a pretty dish, adding a can of crabmeat and lining the top with shrimp. It turned out beautiful, was well received and unfortunately there was none left to take home!

This was SO good, I added roasted jalapenos and some hot sauce along with a blend of cheeses.....about a cup more but I used less parm then stated. Turned out great , I will be making this regularly.

This was so easy and tasted AWESOME! I didn't measure anything exactly, just eye-balled it. I didn't have green onions so I grated some white instead. I also threw in a diced fresh jalepeno (seeds removed) for a little kick. Will definitely make again for sure!

Thought it was a little salty, I would use garlic powder instead of salt. My brother loved it asked me to make it for his birthday.

I should have made a double batch. at a 4th of July party it was gone in 10 minutes. And i had to print out 5 copies of the recipe for family and friends. I made a few changes and changed some of the measurements, but I will absolutely be making this one again.

I used mozz instead of parm (it is what I had on hand). I cooked this and then put it in a small crock pot. I also added a little sour cream to it per other reviewers. It didn't get rave reviews on Father's Day, and it didn't disappear, but I thought it was good nonetheless. This is one of those recipes for the things that I had on hand! Oh, and I didn't add garlic salt, just garlic powder...it is already salty enough from the cheese, mayo, etc.

This recipe is very good. The amount of shrimp can be tampered with a little. Im not quite sure if the cheddar cheese suits it but it doesnt taste too bad. excellent work

I've made this for several occasions and it is ALWAYS a hit! The only change I made is adding a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese. I serve it with toasted french baguette.

This dip was polished off at a party in about 5 minutes. People were raving about it. Based on prior reviews, I added some sour cream (1/3 - 1/2 cup), red pepper flakes, and tabasco. I used good Vermont cheddar, and fresh garlic + salt instead of garlic salt. A real winner.

This recipe is awesome! I did modify it some and added other things I love... a can of crab meat, some parsley, fresh garlic, red pepper and red onion, since I had no green onions. I also sauteed the shrimp in garlic and butter before adding to the mixture.

Really enjoyed! Spouse loved it. However, I thought it lacked some flavor. I put in more shrimp than what it called for. I used larger shrimp and cut it up - very good!

Honestly, I didn't really like this recipe as is. I made one small batch to taste it, and after tasting it decided to try adding about 3/4 cup of sour cream (to a doubled recipe). It turned out REALLY GOOD! That would be my only suggestion. I sent it to a party with a friend, and when I arrived later, I was met at the door by three people asking for the recipe (before they even knew my name!)

I have made this three times now, and have loved it every time! The only tip I can give you is to let it cook about 15 minutes longer than called for and let it sit for a while to come to room temperature. It tastes more flavorful that way!

This was a GREAT recipe that I will make again and again. I added mozzarella cheese, and it was wonderful! Definitely add crab meat for seafood flavor. Found that it works well with toasted bagguette bread instead of tortilla chips too.
