Directions

  1. Toast walnuts in large dry fry pan over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 3 min., or until fragrant and lightly toasted.
  2. Stir in maple syrup and Shreddies. Stir constantly 3 min., or until mixture is evenly coated and all syrup has been absorbed. If desired, sprinkle with salt.
  3. Transfer to parchment paper lined sheet; cool. Shreddies will crisp up as they cool.
