This is really grreat stuff for that little sweet something you crave without all the calories. I often do this with the leftover crumbs in the bottom of the cereal bag. Vary the fruit, vary the yogurt, vary the kind of cereal and voila! a different wonderful dish every time. Morning get-up-and-go or late night snack, it's all good.
