Pretty good for steak sandwiches . . . steak isn't really for me, as I'm not a red meat kind of girl. Bf, on the other hand, loves it. He made a bunch of steak and jerky before going to Vegas, so I had to think of something to make with the cooked steak. Since I started with already cooked steak, I just simmered shredded steak and the rest of the ingredients on the stove for about 1 1/2 hours today. I left out the brown sugar but otherwise kept the rest of what was in the recipe. I thought the sauce was too thin, so I added some brown gravy mix to thicken it up. I tried a sandwich then froze the rest for when bf gets back, and I'll update my review then to see what he thinks. Thanks for the recipe!
