I made this last night and thought it was great - I put it the slow cooker on high for about 4 hours and then turned it down to low for another 2 hours. It made great sandwiches.

I liked this recipe but would probably make it with a little chili pepper next time to give it a little more season. Otherwise it was good.

The sauce ended up a bit watery. Also I felt there was something missing flavour wise. If I made this again I would leave out the water and add some chilli paste & garlic.

This dish was very tastey, it had so much oil from the pork- i took out the meat and set it on a plate then i used @ 20 napkins- just layered them one on on top of another until finally all that was left was the thicker sauce. I also added a bit more brown sugar, ketchup and worcestershire to taste at the end my boyfriend enjoyed it!

This recipe was wonderful. I used 3 small roasts because I couldn't get a 4 pounder. Worked out great--cooked quicker. Overall, it's a keeper.

Don't expect saucy sandwiches when you make this. I agree you could eliminate the water on this one. Taste was great. Had in crock pot for 4 hours--perfect.

Loved this! It is very easy and has a great flavor. After pulling the pork apart, we placed on buns and then added a little of our favorite BBQ sauce. Excellent!
