Shredded Chicken Filling

By: Ortega®
"This versatile filling features the tangy flavor of tomatillos. Tomatillos are often called green tomatoes, but they are, in fact, a different fruit altogether. If using canned tomatillos, an 11 ounce can is equal to one pound fresh."
