This is a wonderful, flavorful recipe! It will become standard fare for groups of 30 or less, (too much work to make for more.)

These chimichangas take a while to prepare, but they are worth the effort! They are relatively cheep to make and are delicious! I served them to guests and they loved them! My husband is a mexican food maniac and he thoought they were great!
