Turned out great! I used a pot roast, and I used steak spice too in the rub. Added a bit of bbq sauce in the slow cooker too. Loved it.

Yum!! Didn't change a thing. I used Sticky Fingers BBQ sauce with it and it was a tad spicy and very drippy!

This was great! I used 4.4 pounds of round roast and was running late so I put it on high for 6 hours. I added about 1/3 cup barbecue sauce over the meat before starting the slow cooker. I also sliced one onion and placed in the bottom of the cooker. I did not have hot sauce or celery salt on hand but this was still fantastic!

A million thanks for this recipe. I can't overemphasize how easy it was and how quickly my husband ate it. I made it exactly as written and slow cooked it for 8 hours. Amazing. Thank you.

this really is a good brisket recipe...it had great flavor and i will be sure to make it again...i did throw quarted onions in around the meat and had them on the sandwiches with the beef...glad i chose this recipe...thanks
