Excellent marinade for last minute chicken thighs. Use leftovers for chicken on cesar salad the next day. Will definitely use again. (Omitted onion, extra fresh ginger and garlic). Yum!

As one family member cannot eat spicy foods, I omitted the cayenne and red pepper flakes in the marinade. I did make an extra batch, to which I added the cayenne and pepper flakes. I marinated all my chicken (b/s breasts cut into strips and skewered) in the mild marinade. Grilled it for 5-6 min. on each side. I took the spicy batch of marinade and boiled it down to a syrup and served on the side for those who like spicy. This is a delicious marinade, with or without the heat. Thanks for sharing. I will be making this one again.

I followed the recipe exactly, and surprisingly enough our chicken was very bland. I will try this again, but I will definately add salt and some more seasonings. BTW I let our chicken marinate for two days.

My family has some very picky eaters and everyone liked this dish. That is pretty amazing in my book. I followed the flavors exactly but I used boneless, skinless chicken breast cut up into large chunks and cooked it on the stove top. I also boiled the marinade and cooked it down, thickening it with some corn starch and serving it over rice. I am adding this to my regular rotation, because I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE FLAVOR OF THIS DISH.

This chicken was excellent! Since I don't have a way to grill, I cooked it in a pan (covered) with the marinade, which made the chicken very moist and full of flavor.

I omitted the oregano as well and halved the black pepper. The chicken was delicious! Perfect for a hot summer evening! Thank you!

I liked this even better on the second day. So easy and delicious. I thickened the marinade with some cornstarch and served this dish with rice. Will definitely be making again!
