My sister makes this salad and it is fab! It lends itself well to variations though worth five stars as written. The pasta is unexpected but the texture is not off like you might think. I prefer to make it without the dressing, but that is just because I think this recipe is great with Ranch.

This is a very fresh tasting salad, because of all the fresh and varied ingredients. I think that the cream spread would make a very good dip by itself.
