meh. i thought this recipe was just ok...not quite what i was looking for. To me, it tasted too much like spaghetti sauce. I probably won't make this one again.

I really enjoyed it! I skipped the brown sugar, added some salt and pepper, and put in zucchini with the bean/spaghetti sauce step instead of adding frozen green beans at the end. Oh, and I made sure I bought a decent spaghetti sauce--one that I would enjoy on pasta. Thanks for a quick, easy, healthy recipe!

Fabulous! My 5-year old gave me a thumbs up with a "Wowie, wowie, wow!" You can't get any better than that.

I doubled this recipe last night. We ate half for dinner and I froze the other portion for a later meal. This was amazing. I let mine simmer for a couple hours, then added the noodles and green beans at the end. All of the flavors melted together beautifully. I look forward to eating this one again!

This is one of the best soup/stews I have ever had! Only thing that I suggest is to add extra broth or water. I have made this twice and love it anyways, I just have noticed that extra liquid is needed considering how long it has to simmer. Hope you enjoy!

I loved this soup. Very hearty, full of veggies, quick and easy, and delicious! I used turkey bacon to make it even healthier. I'm planning to make this again this week!

Absolutely delicious! The best homemade Minestrone Soup I've tasted! And, it's simple enough for even a kitchen-challenged single man like me to make it happen! The spaghetti sauce makes this soup rich and hearty. Moreover, the use of a food processor to save time, while enabling ingredients -- and associated flavor -- to be distributed finely and uniformly. I've had the privilege of sampling Mrs. Jellison's dishes before, and I've always found them to be exceptional.
