I used Cottage Cheese instead of Ricotta and I omitted the sausage, onion, green pepper and olives it still turned out wonderful. Super easy and I didn't have to heat my house up with the oven.

Very good and very easy. It didn't even take me an hour from preparing it to eating it. I would only recommend that you use a spag. sauce that you are familiar with and like. I used a new one the second time I made this and wasn't too crazy about the sauce.

when I first read this recipe I was somewhat hesitant to do it because of the uncooked noodles and cooking it in a microwave but it turned out awesome, my family loved it.
