I redid this recipe, for those who don't have a scale: 14 c. flour 2 c. dry milk 1 c. sugar 7 t. salt Use 4 cups of the bread dough mix to: 2 1/4 t. fast-acting yeast (stir into the dry mix well) Add: 1 egg 2 T. soft margarine 1 c. hot (120 - 130) water Knead with plain flour (not the mix!) for 5 minutes, let rest 10 minutes, then shape into bread, rolls, or use for cinnamon rolls. Let rise 'til double, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Comes out just like Pillsbury's Hot Roll Mix.
