My boyfriend is tired of baked or fried chicken so tried this out on him. He raved about it. The sauce is perfect as gravy over mashed potatoes. Definitely a keeper and very easy to make.

Super easy and very tasty - we used all lowfat ingredients (except for the Sherry) and it was still great. I'm sure with the original ingredients it would be even better.
