Delicious dip! This could probably be made in a half batch as it creates so much dip (we didn't use ours completely even after two big Christmas parties).

This is my first review, and I actually signed up to post this. I was looking for a good fruit dip for a strawberry tray and this was excellent! I didn't have sherry on hand so I used apple juice and it was gone before the party was even over. I also didn't have time to let it sit for 8 hours, I made it an hour before the party and the consistency was perfect. Easy to make and fabulous taste!!
