This is really good! It took forever to make, probably partially because our oven doesn't work properly, but it was totally worth the wait!! I'm not a big fan of celery, so I just used 2 cans of mushroom soup. I also used frozen vegetables instead of canned; I just microwaved them for a couple of minutes before throwing them in the skillet. I definitely recommend this recipe!
