The simple crust is made from crushed walnuts. A cream cheese and whipped topping filling is poured in first, and then a layer of pistachio pudding is poured in. The pie is chilled and garnished with whipped topping, chopped maraschino cherries and walnuts.

There 's just three easy steps to make this rich, creamy pie. First make the graham cracker crust. Then whip up the very creamy, cream cheese filling, and bake. And finally, frost with a sweetened sour cream topping.

Simply add chopped, chocolate candy bars to a cream cheese filling, and pour it over a layer of more chopped candy bars in the bottom of a graham cracker crust. Then bake it so that all the luscious candy melts and mingles with the lovely cream cheese filling.

Ricotta Cheese Pie II

This pie 's filling is made with evaporated milk so it 's very creamy, and the whipped egg whites folded in at the last minute make it light and airy. A bit of fresh lemon juice adds a refreshing taste to the finished pie. Decorate the top with sliced kiwi and strawberries. This recipe makes two 9-inch pies.

To make this pie 's creamy, delicately-flavored filling, combine eggs, ricotta, milk, vanilla, sugar and cornstarch, and then pour it into a prepared crust. Bake the pie for an hour until it 's set. Serve with sweetened, sliced strawberries.

The top and bottom crust for this unusual pie are layers of buttered phyllo dough. Inside this pie is a delicious filling of fruit and cream cheese. The pie bakes up flaky and buttery on the outside, with a wonderful fruity cream cheese treat on the inside.

How can something so simple taste so rich and delicious? Butter is creamed and blended with melted chocolate, vanilla, and eggs, then beaten until thick and fluffy, and poured into a baked pie shell. Once the pie chills thoroughly, it can be served with whipped cream and a sprinkling of nuts for the crowing touch.

Very rich chocolate pie that's perfect with coffee! Garnish with whipped cream if desired. Please note: this recipe contains raw eggs. We recommend that pregnant women, young children, the elderly and the infirm do not consume raw eggs. Important: be sure to use only fresh eggs for this recipe.
