I was nervous when they came out, b/c it was super mushy, and the condensed milk was still liquidy and bubbling a little bit on the edges - even after I left it in the oven for another 5 mins. BUT, after it sat out and cooled for a couple of hours in the pan, it solidified really well. The next day, it was even better. Delicious!!!!!

Delicious, easy, very rich. I also used the directions from the Eagle brand recipe, made life a lot easier. I also used non stick cooking spray and the cookies came right out

I have changed the recipe slightly with great success. I find the condensed milk very difficult to spread so I pour it into a bowl, whip it and then mix in 1 cup of miniature marshmallows which I then poor over the graham cracker crumbs. I also added in 1/2 cup of Skör bits and replaced the walnuts with chopped pecans. VERY popular in my house!

Scrumptious and so deadly rich, but scrumptious non the less! I jazzed it up a bit, used semi-sweet, white, butterscotch chips, and mini Kraft caramel bits....love the way the coconut toasts up....very easy and tasty...thanks!

What's not to love? Here are the changes that I made though: I use regular butter (not unsalted) and actually mix the crumbs together with the butter in the bottom of the pan. And then I use pecans instead of walnuts and, of course, put the milk on last over everything. They are so rich and yummy!! You really can use any kind of chips or nuts or whatever you have on hand... almost all combinations turn out great!

This is one of my favorite recipes. I make it often and always get rave reviews from friends. I love that it is so easy to make and I can always have the ingredients for it on hand ready to go.

OK these are good. Very sweet, my guys love them actually. I prefer to mix the graham crumbs and butter before pressing into pan. Used some white chipits in the mix with chopped pecans too. Will make again but would like to see if I can get the chipits mixture to melt a little more. Thanks for sharing!!

These were so easy and soooo good! I made a few trays then cut them up and gave them to neighbors for Christmas... these are easy and fast and taste like you spent all day making them.

Careful of the sugar shock! I have a huge sweet tooth so this is right up my alley! I substituted peanut butter chips and drizzled the milk over the entire thing. Delicious!

The crust didn't stay together very well. Afterwards, I read some of the other reviews about mixing and pressing the crust into the pan and will try this next time. Even though the crust fell apart, they tasted wonderful!

Great easy recipe. I don't care much for the butterscotch chips. I will try it with peanut butter instead.

These are a delicious memory from my childhood. I love these bars. I agree with other reviewers that you must follow the recipe and layer the chips, nuts, and coconut in order.

Delicious!! I made these last night for my boyfriend and he said they are his now new favorite dessert! I made them with peanut butter chips because he loves peanut butter and I'm not a big fan of butterscotch. They were so easy to make too!
