chickpeas (garbanzo beans) - drained, rinsed, and mashed

sesame seed oil
ground black pepper
This was delicious! I've only ever made hummus w/ tahini, but I love sesame oil, so I was curious to try this, and I really enjoyed the change. I drizzled this w/ a bit of evoo before serving w/ pita. I would def make this again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)
