This was very good. I like baking vs. sauteing. Easy and quick. I used two zucchini and reduced the amount of oil. The cooking time was fine for me. Thanks!

This was good, not great. The flavor was good, but I wanted better texture.

I am looking for a crispy zucchini which this is not. I would make it again because it does have a good flavor. The only time I made it my changes were: 1/4" slices of zucchini, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 450 oven, bake 10 minutes, and broiled to try to make crisp. Perhaps the 400 oven for 20 minutes as the recipe says (rather that the reviewer's suggestions that I used) is the better choice.

This is really wonderful! I followed others' advice and baked for only 12 minutes instead of the 20 minutes called for in the recipe. I also doubled the recipe and it served 5. A big hit!

I loved this so much that I couldn't wait to make it again. Everyone loved it both times. I am not "a cook" and it was so easy. My only caution would be that if you are going to increase the recipe as I did the second time, use less oil.

So good! I did what other reviewers suggested and used way less olive oil. I used about a tablespoon, but I think next time I'll use a bit less. Also like other reviewers, I baked at 375 for 10 minutes, then broiled to give it a nice crisp top. Yum! I stuck all ingredients in a small Tupperware and shook it around to get everything coated nicely.

This was good! I had to cook it at 400 for about 20 minutes but maybe my pieces were a bit big. I did need to use all the oil called for but I think my zucchini was larger than "medium" and I added sweet onion slices too since we love onions. I did sprinkle a little salt since my I didn't have garlic salt just garlic powder. A nice light summer dish!

This is by far the best zucchini I've ever had. It was the perfect blend of spices. I did use less olive oil and cut my zucchini into 1/4" slices. Then I baked for 10 minutes instead of 20. They came out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. So so good...

I really liked this recipe. The flavor is awesome. I also did not use as much olive oil. However, my zucchini was mushy in the middle. Maybe I cut the chunks to big. I baked at 450 for 10 minutes then broiled on high for about 3 minutes. Will make again.

I use 2 zucchinis, 4 tbsp. parm cheese, and the rest according to the original recipe. I found the original recipe had too much olive oil, so this is what works for me.

Amazingly delicious. Half the suggested amount of olive oil is all that is needed.

Super fab! I'd just cut down on the oil a bit next time. As per other reviews I cooked mine on 400 for 10 minutes. Sooo good.

i didnt have any sesame seeds or oil so i had to omit that and my oven was in use, so i had to grill the zucchini instead. But tasted good, i'll have to add in the sesame oil and seeds next time to get the full effect!!
