This was an quick and easy recipe. I made it even quicker for those nights when you don't have much time to cook...I used a frozen veggie stir fry and made it exactly the was the recipe reads. Yummy! We will be making this again.

The sauce was great and thick enough to have over rice. Our two small toddlers really liked it as well.

This is an excellent dish. I omitted the peppers because no one in my family likes them, but I added diced baby carrots. The veggies stayed really crisp, just the way we like them. So if you like it a little bit softer, I recommend steaming them first. I cooked the chicken with fresh minced garlic and lemon juice to give it an extra kick and it was fantastic. Even my picky four year old ate everything on her plate!

This was a good stir fry recipe. When I made it, I thought the liquid part would be way too much - but, it turned out fine. I'd definately make this again - my family liked it.

Very good with slight changes. First, I don't like really crunchy broccoli so I steamed it before I added it to the pan. Instead of veggie oil, I used Wok Oil which has a nice garlicky taste with a hint of ginger. Also, I let all my veggies saute a bit longer than the recipe indicates(again, not a big fan of crunchiness)and added Sesame Oil while they were still in the pan. I doubled up on the red bell peppers and ommitted the snow peas due to poor selection at my supermarket. Overall, my husband and I both enjoyed this dish very much. I served it with Bird's Nests from Trader Joe's. Yum!

My family was not impressed with this dish. Only my 3yr old liked the chicken in it. It's missing flavor and it didn't smell right! Not good!

Fantastic!! I don't like peppers so I substituted thinly sliced carrots. Husband raved about it, said it was as good as takeout!
