"'For flavorful, moist and tender chicken, try this marinade,' suggests Julie Lake from Anchorage, Alaska. 'The sesame seeds cling well to season the meat. We also like this mixture on chicken wings, beef short ribs and pork.'"

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I used chicken strips instead of chicken breasts and skewered them before grilling. I made four lbs. of this for a party and they disappeared in a matter of minutes. Tastes like the skewers I eat at my favorite Chinese restaurant.

Yum! I used low-sodium soy sauce, and it was still a tad on the salty side, but the sugar helped cut the saltiness. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts, marinated overnight, and baked (we don't own a grill). My picky husband says it's worth making again, so I'm sold!
