Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 cucumber, seeded and chopped
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 3 tablespoons prepared basil pesto

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss together the tomatoes, cucumber, apple and tuna. Stir in the basil pesto until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately, or chill until serving.
