Not great, but not bad either! I did use the optional honey and cinnamon, which resulted in a sweet AND savory muffin. My seaweed loving husband even tried one (he never eats muffins or cakes), and liked them. He will probably be eating the majority of these with his tea in the morning. The kids thought they tasted "weird".
