These were absolutely wonderful!!! We love to use turkey, but always have a hard time keeping it moist. This was not the case for these. A keeper for sure!!!

Wow, my first time making a turkey burger and I may never eat hamburger again. This was exceptionally good. As other reviewers did; I used low sodium soy sauce and halved it and used worchestshire sauce as well. Guestimated on the spices. I know for a fact I added more black pepper. Instead of BBQing, I just cooked it on the stove top. At the end added some muenster cheese as it was all that I had. Yummy!

I thought these were on the plain side. I didn't like the textue the egg gave the burger.

So good and so easy. Instead of the soy sauce, I used 1/2 tsp of worcestershire. I cooked the burgers in a cast iron skillet for about 25 minutes, covered. I also put pepper jack on top. We will definitely be having this one again!

Great recipe, that leaves room for personalflair. I'll never go back to the frozen turkey burgers. I cooked mine in a grill pan & sauteed some onions & mushrooms and ate sans bun...yum!

These are really AWESOME burgers. I used Worcestershire Sauce as another reviewer had suggested and they came out super yummy. We did use only a pound of meat instead of the half a pound as suggested. This is our second time to make this recipe and it will be a keeper as far as our family is concerned.

This recipe was very delicious. My family is a new comer to turkey burgers and are looking for fresh ideas with ground turkey. I used worsteshire sauce instead of soy sauce (due to preference in taste) and they were absolutely fabulous. In the future I will try liquid smoke flavoring and hickory smoke flavoring. Thank you for such a versatile recipe!!!

Quick and easy version. I made mine with ground turkey breast, which is a little drier. I put the soup mix, soy, egg, spices into my mini-chopper first. Ground it up, then added some fresh parsley from my garden for color, and gave it a quick pulse. Finally I mixed it all into the turkey and let it sit for a half hour. Very tastey.

Too strong of a flavor. Would have been better to just add salt and pepper to the meat.

Very flavorful...I almost forgot it was turkey. I didn't use the egg and it still held together nicely.

This was the absolute worst recipe I've tried from this website! Words cannot describe how very disappointed we were! The burgers were so dry it was as if we were chewing on cardboard. I even took the suggestions of a few others and added Worcestershire, A-1 Sauce, oats and fresh grated garlic for added flavor, but to NO avail. They were bland, flavorless and dry... so awful that we couldn't even finish them. BLAH!

My husband called from work and asked if I would make turkey burgers for lunch. We make turkey burgers quite often, but thought I would look for a variation. I quickly went to Allrecipes and came across this recipe. I did add the egg and 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/3 packet onion mix, a little soy, A1, and worchestershire sauce (1 tsp ea), and then topped with white cheddar last minute or so. I then topped with sliced avocado. They were delicious! The secret ingredient is the onion soup mix! Thanks for sharing.
