not as flavorful as i expected and as stated by the others not as crispy or firm as i wanted. When treated like tato squares they were pleasant and thus 3 stars

These were okay, but they didn't have enough flavor for us.

I don't usually choose recipes with so few reviews but I needed a "fry" recipe and thought this one sounded good. It was VERY good!! I used more spices than the recipe required (cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika and extra ground pepper) but I like spicy. I cut them a little smaller too. I also used a pizza stone to bake them on...they came out crispy but not too crispy. My husband really liked these as well as the kids (I was asked why I didn't make more)...I will be reusing this one and doubling the recipe. Very easy and very delicious!!

These were great. I used frozen potatoes (all I had on hand) and they turned out great. I did add more season salt though. Thanks for sharing. Perfect with buffalo style wings.

I followed everything in this recipe, because my family LOVES a lot of french fries. I did add one thing though, I added some Tony's seasnoning salt to my fries, because I like to have spicy hot fries....I will make this over and over for a family snack!

These are pretty good. I added a little extra season salt....I think next time I will us a little let oil and butter, they turned out a little less crisp that what I was wanting but they had a good flavor. Thanks!!

Yummy! I scaled the recipe down to 2 servings but still used a whole tsp of Seasoning salt... Turned out perfect- just as good as out of the deep fryer. Fiance says "I came through in the clutch" since we were out of oil for the fryer and we didn't feel like waiting an hour for baked potatos.

I reduced the recipe to three servings and added a tablespoon of minced garlic to the bag. They were alright but really need more seasonings.

Not as crunchy as I would have liked, but still very good. I used olive oil instead of butter and vegetable oil, though. My teenage daughter thought they were great!

This is a great idea, and tasty. Still less fattening than your basic french fries.
