Served with Slow Cooker Sloppy Swiss Steak from this site. These noodles were really good. I cooked my noodles in boiling water though and tossed them with the butter and other seasonings. I also used fat free no sodium beef bouillon instead of the chicken bouillon called for since were having beef. Easy and quick and very tasty. Thanks!

What a pleasant surprise, we really liked this. Only change I made was adding a couple shredded baby carrots just to add some color. If you're tired of the same old side dishes, give this a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed, and this is perfect for a weeknight meal. Yes, there will be some sodium because of the chix bouillon, but it won't be anything like those packaged noodle mixes you find at the store. I'm going to triple the seasoning mix (only four ingredients) and put in a jar to make this even easier (if that's possible) the next time I make this. Thumbs up from our house!

These noodles turned out great! I followed the recipe as written, except when preparing the dish I tripled it, using 6 cups of dry egg noodles (which is just about a full pound) and tripling the other ingredients. I used my 2 1/2 qt. corningware dish and everything fit perfectly. Cook time was the same also. Be sure to let these rest out of the oven about 15 minutes before serving, the noodles absorb any excess liquid and they are ready to serve. They were not too salty at all and were nice and mild, yet flavorful. This side dish was exactly what I was looking for, delicious but letting the main dish shine. Nice change from buttered noodles with fresh herbs. I can't wait to try this using beef granules also. This is a definite keeper in my book. Thanks so much for sharing!

I used 2 bouillon cubes. My husband and I have had this twice. Very good side dish or main dish. Thanks for the recipe. I did not bake it. I cooked it on top of the stove.

These were all in all REALLY good, but the chicken boullian granuals gave it way to much salt. would definetly try it again with less boulian granuals or maybe i should just buy sodium free granuals :) all in all tho delish..
