I substituted a teaspoon of regular black pepper for the tablespoon of lemon pepper (wife doesn't like lemon pepper) and added a teaspoon of chopped garlic. It turned out fantastic! I used this on NY strips and I have declared this as my new steak marinade! I think it might have been the best steak I've ever made. FYI: I used lawry's seasoning salt for the "seasoned salt" ingredient. Hope this helps!

I tried out this marinade. My family loved it. It was easy and only took a couple of hours to marinate the flank steak. Highly recommend it.

I didn't have soy sauce to make our usual marinade, so I found this one and thought I'd give it a try. Delish! My husband (and kids) loved it, as did I. Totally different flavors than the usual soy marinade, only let it sit for 2+ hours and it was outstanding. He's requested it for Father's Day he liked it so much. Great, quick recipe with fantastic results!

I made this for my mom and sister last night and my sister mentioned again today how good this was! It was delicious! I'll probably be making this again next week, but i think i'm gonna make sandwiches with it.

Very good flavor. Didn't have lemon-pepper on hand, so I substituted w/ garlic-pepper and added a tbsp. of lemon juice. Turned out very tasty and all 3 kids enjoyed it (7, 6 and 3 yrs old).
