3 (6 ounce) packages minature Cheddar cheese fish-shaped crackers
1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
3 teaspoons dill weed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2/3 cup vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS
Place the crackers in a large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients; drizzle over crackers and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to two ungreased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pans. Bake at 250 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

This was a huge hit at my bunko game night. What group of moms doesn't have a huge box of goldfish around the house! The recipe is easy and most of all tasty! Great for partys and snacks.

I first made a double-double batch of these to divide up for Christmas gifts. Boy, were they a hit!! I now make sure to have these on hand whenever our big family gets together...however there is never enough!

I had higher hopes for this recipe. I made it as something simple to set around for a party. I think it tasted like goldfish crackers with powdered ranch on them. Judging by how many I threw away at the end of the night, everyone else disliked them also. I don't think I'll even bother trying to adjust the ingredients for a different result.

This was really good. I used one 10 ounce box of regular goldfish, 1 1/2 teaspoons of dill weed, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of lemon-pepper, 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne,1/2 package of ranch dressing mix, and 1/3 cup of olive oil. Made a great christmas gift.
