Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans BUSH'S® Garbanzo Beans, drained, rinsed, and slightly mashed
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons wasabi paste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs, or as needed

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the beans, celery, onion, and garlic. In a small bowl, blend the lemon juice, lime juice, mayonnaise, and wasabi paste. Season with salt and pepper. Gradually mix in bread crumbs as needed to attain desired consistency.

This is delightful! I used dill relish in mine and then let it sit overnight before serving.
