WOW that was tasty! I stayed pretty true to the recipe, other than adding some cilantro. Served with home made hummus and tahini sauce. I'll never be satisfied with mediocre falafel again!

This was delicious! I rolled them in bread crumbs before like others recommended and they were perfect. I used a different recipe for cucumber sauce that had garlic and lemon juice, but no mayo. Great recipe!

I didn't use the cucumber sauce from this recipe, instead I used Tzatziki found on this site. The falafels held together well even though I baked them. The mix of flavors was outstanding. I might use the combination to spice up our burgers.

Wonderful! And so easy. I will bake mine next time to make them a little healthier, but this recipe is a keeper!

Not only was this recipe easy, but these falafels are probably the best I've had. I must say that my onion must've been a juicy one, because I had to use almost a cup and a half of breadcrumbs to get the right consistency for the mix. Just a suggestion: I used the other half of the cucumber (seeded) and chopped it into quarter-inch pieces, sliced a tomato into wedges and mixed about a quarter teaspoon of the dillweed and added that to our falafel pita. Very nice cold and crisp bite to compliment the warm falafels.

Very good... Make the cucumber sauce first so the flavors have time to set before serving. We baked the falafel patties to reduce the fat and it was wonderful.

Made it just as written! Perfect! Made it with "Peppy's Pita Bread" and Adrienne's Cucumber Salad from this site... Great, great meal!

Fantastic! The only change I made was to cook in less oil. Next time I will try to brown them in a skillet and then bake like some other reviewers have suggested. My whole family loved this, including my 4 year old!

This is a great recipe! I did not change any of the ingredients but I did take other's advice and fried in a pan to brown and then transfered them to the oven to bake at 350 for 20 minutes. My husband and I had them for lunch and loved them! Thank you!

This is the first falafel I have ever made in my life and I am so impressed with it! It turned out to be perfect..in fact, better than most falafels at gourmet restaurants! The falafels kept their shape easily and it was so tasty. Recipes like these make me appreciate vegetarian meals a lot more ( as I actually used to look down at vegetarian recipes! Hahahaha! ). Anyway, this has become a favourite in my little household...my boyfriend can`t get enough of them. He actually ate 3 full naans ( pitas ) stuffed with 2 falafels each. Amazing!

These were great! I've never had falafel before and I really liked it! The only changes I made were that I did not use coriander, because I dont have any, and no peppers, because I dont like it. Also I did not make the sauce because I already had some from Trader Joes. So yummy! Will make again!

Great recipe! I made the cucumber sauce first, as others suggested, and it was really good. Probably will make more of the sauce next time because everyone used quite a bit. For the patties, I browned them in a skillet with olive oil spray and then baked them at 375F. for 20 min., flipping after 10 min. They were great this way, although a little more crumbly than if they had been fried. My family loved these so I know I'll be making them again. Thanks Sean!

Great falafel (though I didn't make the sauce). I needed to use more bread crumbs and I baked them, but the flavor is great!
