Imitation crabmeat makes a great filling for these saucy lowfat seafood spirals suggested by Juanita Patterson of New Castle, Indiana. 'They're delicious, healthy and very easy to prepare,' she says. 'You can assemble the roll-ups ahead of time , then refrigerate them until ready to bake.'

This lasagna features a white sauce made with cream of mushroom soup, white wine, crab meat, and shrimp. A wonderful dish to serve guests either at a luncheon or for a dinner party. I have served this dish to so many of my friends, and they have all asked for the recipe.

Shrimp, scallops and flounder fillets are bathed in a creamy sauce of mushroom soup, milk and garlic, then layered with noodles and a rich blend of cottage cheese, cream cheese, basil, egg and onion. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan, and bake.
