This is not sea foam, and this is why I rated it 1 star. It is divinity. It is ok as a divinity recipe, BUT if you are looking for SEA FOAM, look at a different one.

I gave this recipe only one star because it turned out like white chewy blobs that resembled poorly made taffey. Lol I was too afraid to even taste it! But... This is my first time making any kind of candy like this so it could have been me. I read that there is a special knack to making candy like this and if you make one small mistake it won't work out. I will try this again (maybe not this recipe) because I'm determined to get it right! I'll keep everyone posted!

The recipe was very easy to make for me but the taste is not what I remember as a child. You know the one where it melts in your mouth, but this one tastes good. I aslo add chocolate to mine.

I tried this recipe and thought it was turning out well, but after I mixed all the ingredients, the candy never hardened, it was just really wet. Maybe I didn't mix it long enough. I will try this again, as I have been looking for a good seafoam recipe.
