Succulent round steak seared, then braised in cream of mushroom and French onion soups until tender. Great with mashed potatoes, as it makes it's own gravy.

Ground beef is mixed with condensed onion soup, bread crumbs, and egg, then formed into patties which are browned and simmered in a sauce made with more soup and seasonings.

There are no canned soups in this masterpiece. This is my Grandma's recipe that she gave me when I got married. Pork chops are baked then served with a rich mushroom sauce. It takes a little bit of work, but is great for a special dinner - my husband loves it!

I have been making this for years and my family just loves it. The gravy is great served over the steak, or on mashed potatoes.

An easy to make classic featuring tasty hamburger 'steaks' smothered in gravy and onions. Traditionally served with hot white rice or potatoes, it's a great way to dress up a pound of ground beef and you probably have all the ingredients on hand!

Tender filets fried with a fruity mushroom sauce. This is a great and quick change of pace from the usual. Top Sirloin can be substituted. Enjoy!

Here is an unusual interpretation of beef stew. It simmers in the oven with a topping of beef-flavored stuffing mix, so you can skip potatoes or other carbohydrates at this meal.
