I can't believe eggs can taste that good! I got a little creative and subsituted the mayo for ranch dressing (the same ammount), and another time I switched it for Italian dressing! Gives a good flavor!

These were fantastic! My very picky husband and children loved them. I couldn't taste the mayo at all, but it did seem to make the eggs much lighter and fluffier. I loved the texture. I will definitely continue to make my scrambled eggs this way!

I can't say that they weren't good but I think that they were a little bland and I was expecting a little more. The mayonnaise didn't get through.

Okay, I thought what's the big deal. Eggs are eggs. I was wrong. There really is a right way to cook eggs and this is it! Follow the directions to the letter. Cook over low and do not salt until done. My whole family loves these and my youngest won't eat eggs unless prepared this way. Fantastic! Cooks up well in bigger batches too.

This has the texture of raw eggs. You can cook them for an hour and they still taste like mayo. If you don't believe me, just look at the picture of them above.

I overcooked the eggs and I forgot to scramble them because i was looking for some ingredients, nonetheless, they turned quite good. this is an awesome recipe for your eggs if you ant an egg sausage and cheese sandwich. the reason why it says not to over cook because it zaps the flavor out.

I joined just to rate this recipe. I've had two eggs everyday since I tried this recipe! Soooo good! They are light and fluffy with an extra kick of flavor. Toast a bagle, heat up some bacon slices, and top with eggs and american cheese for a quick, filling breakfast!

Best ever recipe for scrambled eggs. The mayo might not mix in completely in the bowl, but it will once you start cooking - no worries. So delicious, perfect texture.

I was browsing allrecipes.com AND watching The Food Network late tonight...which made me very hungry! After searching the cupboards and fridge and coming up empty, I decided to try my hand at scrambling eggs. I'm a begining cook, so this recipe was perfect. Super easy, hard to mess up...even I at 12:30 am could do it (WITHOUT the smoke alarms going off, as has happened before). The eggs were fluffy and delicious and a great confidence boost and late-night snack!

I made these eggs using 3 egg whites and one whole egg, with 2 tsp. canola mayo, and 2 tsp. water. They really were creamy, light and fluffy. I like my eggs a little seasoned with light garlic powder, black pepper and salt.

It was pretty yummy and moist. the eggs didnt dry out easily. Remenber this is a basic recipe, if looking for something diffrent complex or new, i would not choose this. Makes a lovley base to fiddle with though and is dead easy.

These eggs had the perfect texture! Not too wet, not too dry. Also, you can't even taste the mayo, my husband hates mayo, and I had worried about this.

I wanted to try this recipe because of all the wonderful reviews. To be honest, I couldn't tell the difference between this scramble, and my regular milk and eggs scramble. Why eat more mayo than absolutely necessary?
