The salad dressing idea seemed a little strange so I tried the mayo version. I think it overpowered the egg taste way too much for my liking. I didn't think it was entirely horrible - not something I'd want to try again though. My bf, however, couldn't eat his. I would recommend sticking to the tried and true milk version or just whip air into it and scramble slowly.

I admit to being skeptical about this recipe, but I was out of milk, with a sick kid who wanted some scrambled eggs, so I gave it a shot. These were delish! They turned out smooth and fluffy, just perfectly done!

i added onions, mushrooms, bacon and parsley. Cooked in a pan on medium heat with a knob of butter until brown just before adding the egg mixture. Delicious and probably the easiest 5-min meal to make!

who knew scrambled eggs could be so delicious! my boyfriend said it tasted like something we would eat at a restaurant and i agree! i can't have my eggs any other way now. also, i don't even taste the mayo whatsoever. my boyfriend who HATES mayo couldn't even tell i put it in. perhaps thouse who said it tasted very obvious put too much? i didn't change a thing about this recipe.

I thought these were good as far as scrambled eggs are concerned. My boyfriend loves eggs, so I figured I'd try making them a new way. He seemed to like them and I took a bite and thought they were really moist and creamy. If you regularly overcook your eggs, try making them this way. They are really moist! They seemed to end up more dense than normal eggs - not as seperated and fluffy but super good.

We quite often put plain yogurt (not mayo)in our eggs, like this. Healthier and yummy too.

These were amazing!! if it turned out soggy, then im guessing you added too much mayo or milk/water. I just had to make more, these were soo good

I was curious about this recipe so I thought I would give it a try, it was not bad but I missed my 'pure' eggs.

This is an outstanding scrambled egg recipe. I used egg whites, fat-free mayonnaise, butter(margarine has trans fat) and fresh ground pepper! Delicious!

I have to give 4 stars because I love scrambled eggs, and I love mayo. I did like the mayo taste with my eggs, but at the same time, trying to watch my weight/eat healthier, the taste was not so spectaclular that I would prefer the additional fat and calories of the mayo in my eggs. This was good, just don't know if it's "calorie worthy" enough with the mayo. Being skeptical, I will definately try this again to see if the taste is worth the extra calories and fat.

Fortunately, I couldn't taste the mayo. It lent itself perfectly to the texture of the scrambled eggs. If I didn't prefer fried eggs, I'd enjoy this scrambled egg recipe more often! It really was good!
