This is a great basic BBQ sauce our family got from a fireman friend. It has a nice zing from some horseradish. We've used it on everything from chicken to meatloaf! This is also great to increase the servings, bottle it up and refrigerate for multiple uses.

This recipe has been passed down by word of mouth in our fire station for years! It is fabulous and you can control how hot it is by how much red pepper you add. Please note that the longer it sits, the hotter it gets! Great on chicken, pork, and just about anything you can think of. Try it on a cracker with a slice of cheese!

This is pure eastern North Carolina BBQ Sauce at its best. Primarily used for saucing up that perfect pig at the family and friends pig pickin', this recipe can be used for other bbq favorites. With a twist of honey, this sauce is awesome on bbq chicken and pork chops as well. Enjoy!!

A hot-sweet sauce that is good on just about anything. You can use any kind of cola in this recipe, just don't use diet cola. It makes the sauce bitter.

Store-bought barbecue sauce gets combined with red wine, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and meat tenderizer. Add a shake of hot pepper sauce if you 're so inclined.

This is a Kansas City-style sauce that I make in my restaurant. It is sweet and smoky with a little bite.
