Polished Eggs

Just like coloring Easter eggs. What fun, and they taste wonderful. Peel hard boiled, decorated eggs are dipped in a soy sauce/garlic/brown sugar "paint " until they turn a lovely dark color. Serve whole or sliced atop a salad.
